T-Ball/Quickball and Rookie (Coach Pitch) registration remains open till the start of the season.
2024 CRNAA Spring In-house Baseball Registration for children ages 4-15. Your child's league age for the 2024 Spring season is determined by Little League. You can easily find your child's little league age by using the Little League Age Calculator or you can reference the Little League Age Chart
Geographical boundaries will be followed. All are welcome to play the fall within the CR-Newtown Little League District 30 Boundaries. Eligible players live or attend school within Newtown Borough, Newtown Township, Upper Makefield, Washington's Crossing, and Wrightstown.
Depending on the number of registrants, we will have up to 6 divisions.
- Tee Ball - 4-6 year olds - $75
- Rookie (Coach Pitch) 5-7 year olds - $225/player
- American (hybrid Coach/Player Pitch) - usually 8-9 year olds* - $245/player
- National - usually 9-10 year olds*- $245/player
- Majors - usually 11-12 year olds*- $245/player
- Babe Ruth 13-15 year olds -$265/player
*Little League Draft Format:
Players will be placed on teams/divisions based on a draft format in order to ensure teams are evenly matched and players are grouped by skill level to ensure appropriate competition, safety, and fun. The teams will be formed as fairly as possible without bias.
- Babe Ruth will be comprised of all 13-15 year olds that register.
We will then follow a chronological draft format starting with the Majors, where all 12 year olds will be selected. 11 year olds and some 10 year olds drafted can play Majors. We will then hold a National League draft where all remaining 11 year olds will be selected followed by 10's and 9 year olds that are drafted will also play in this league. Finally, we will then hold an American League draft, which will be where all remaining 10 year olds will be selected. While the majority of the kids in this league will likely be 8-9 year olds, there may be some 7 year olds that will be drafted.
- Due to this format, NO "PLAY-WITH" REQUESTS will be granted.
Rookie (coach pitch) and T-Ball: are formed by the league.
- We will do our best to grant all "Play-With" requests but please understand they are not guaranteed.
2024 CRNAA Spring Baseball Highlights:
- Season Begins for Babe Ruth, Majors, National, and American on April 1st, 2024 and on April 13th, 2024 for Rookie and T-Ball
- Schedule will include early season practices and then mostly games (American will have more practices)
- 1 weeknight (Mon, Tue, or Thu) and 1 Saturday day per week during the season
- - Makeup games will be played ASAP on Wednesdays
- - T-Ball & Rookie are our younger age groups and will typically play earlier game on Saturdays.
- - American, National, Majors & Babe will play mid morning to early afternoon on Saturdays and at least one game weekday evenings. -
- - No in-house games are played on Friday or Sundays
- - The regular season will be completed by late-May followed by a playoff and championship in each division

- All players will need a glove, bat, batting helmet, baseball pants, and cleats. The League will supply shirts, hats and baseballs
Assessments:
Assessments for players that wish to be evaluated for American, National, Majors, or Babe Ruth League drafts will be held late Feb or first weekend of March. These are typically players aged 8-12, and 13-15.
- Players only need to attend 1 of the assessments.
- COACHES KIDS DO NOT ATTEND.
- T-BALL and ROOKIE Players DO NOT ATTEND
- Returning Babe Ruth players DO NOT ATTEND.
We will provide more details in February.
Drafts and Team Formation will commence following the Assessments.

Background Checks are required for all coaches, and all applicants are subject to review and approval by the Board, who will be making final selections of coaches in mid-February
Drafts: Following the assessments, we will be holding drafts for each league using the following schedule:

- Babe Ruth Draft - Sunday, March 10th, 4:30p-5:30p - Some Openings for 13-15 players
- Majors Draft - Sunday, March 10th, 5:30p-7:30p - TEAM ARE SET FOR 2024
- National League Draft - Tuesday, March 12, 6:30p-8:30p
- American League Draft - Thursday, March 14, 6:30p-8:30p
ONLY 2 Coaches per team will be permitted to attend the draft.
All drafts will be held at the Morrel Post 440 American Legion in Newtown
